According to bbc news â€Å"Planned Parenthood is a healthcare non-profit-making group with 59 affiliates and 700 clinics around the US, some of which provide abortion services† (Lussenhop, 2015). To expand on this quote, nonprofit is exactly what it sounds like. It is an organization that did not establish for the purpose of money making. This group was organized to provide advice and even offer abortion services to women all around the United States. In recent news abortion has stirred up many controversial arguments. Within these controversies on the media, people have cited with pro-choice and pro-life parties. Each side argues for themselves. Pro-life is opposing abortion, meaning they do not believe abortion should be a choice. Another party we will be looking into is the pro-choice side of the war. â€Å"The pro-choice movement and abortion providers are in the business of protecting and respecting women s human rights, their moral autonomy, and their choices†(A rthur, 2000) Pro-choice is the exact opposite of pro-life and they believe strongly in letting people decide for themselves. One of the most influential satirical authors of all time is Jonathan Swift, who uses these techniques so effectively, that he has been called â€Å"the greatest satirist in the English Language† (Holt 620).
